Plant mechanics explore Hagelschuer

The cooperation between the Max-Born-Berufskolleg in Recklinghausen and Hagelschuer has been in place since 2017. Every two years, the prospective plant mechanics (m/f/d) visit our company. Yesterday, for the fourth time in a row, we welcomed around 50 vocational school students and the relevant teaching staff to our premises. The eventful day started punctually at 9.00 a.m. eventful day started with a short Company presentation. Michael Werner welcomed all participants on behalf of Georg Hagelschuer all participants and briefly introduced the company and theentire product portfolio before.  The little excursion into steam technology met with a positive response, as the questions great interest. The Training managers Martin Eiersbrock and Jakob Renpening, together with our trainees, took over the the subsequent subsequent factory tour. In the assembly halls, all participants were able to experience the production steps from steel construction to the completely pre-assembled steam boiler system at first hand. This gave them a real insight into the  versatility of the training occupation. This is precisely the aim of the cooperation. The plant mechanic (m/f/d) specializing in plant construction at the IHK is a recognized recognized training occupation in accordance with the Vocational Training Act (BBIG). It is assigned to the occupational field of metal technology .  Hagelschuer trains as a training company all typical applications  and also offers the technically demanding but very versatile field of steam technology. Mr. Mertsch, as the responsible contact person and coordinator at the Max-Born-Berufskolleg, expressed his thanks for the successful successful event and pointed out to his students that the subject of steam topic of steam technology part of a can be the final exam.
