(S)Team players successfully complete their training

Reinforcement from our own ranks

Georg Hagelschuer had a particularly pleasant appointment in his diary on Wednesday morning. This was the presentation ceremony for our three new (S)team players. Theresa Pelz, Henrik Petersmann and Mika Daldrup have successfully completed their respective examinations in recent weeks. Two of them even achieved thetop grade of “very good” on their final certificates.

Our newly qualified journeymen Henrik and Mikaare now joining ourinstallation teamsas plant mechanics. Both have chosen the company assignment as part 2 of their shortened training. Henrik concentrated entirely on the construction and documentation of a water panel. While Mika opted for the installation and documentation of a condensate monitoring system. Both delivered an excellent result in front of the IHK examination board. Mika achieved the top mark of “very good” overall.

Theresa also completed her final examination as an office management assistant as part of her degree in industrial engineering – Bachelor of Science with the grade “very good”. The topic of her final thesis was “Supplier selection based on a comparison of offers for packaging”. This is the first milestone after four semesters of her ongoing combined degree course, which she is completing at Hagelschuer alongside her training and work.

Georg Hagelschuer makes things clear at the photo shoot:

“I am proud and grateful that we have been able to inspire such motivated, committed and qualified trainees like Theresa, Henrik and Mika to join Hagelschuer in the long term. Your outstanding performance is no coincidence, but the result of very hard work. You not only strengthen our team, you enrich it!”

The experienced team of trainers focuses not only on technical training. Another focus at Hagelschuer is on personal development and the targeted promotion of individual strengths. This is the only way to keep attracting qualified young people to Hagelschuer year after year.

Following the presentation of the gifts, Georg Hagelschuer congratulated all three graduates once again in person and thanked his team of trainers Martin Eiersbrock, Jakob Renpening and Jessica Thiel for their hard work. They accepted the congratulations on behalf of the entire team.
